- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. dates
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 c. coconut
- 4 c. Rice Krispies
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Melt margarine and sugar, stir until dissolved.

2Add dates and water.

3Cook 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Add next three ingredients.

5Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies. Cool enough that you can handle mixture.

6Roll into 1-inch balls while warm.

7Roll in powdered sugar.
