- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add sugar and dates; stir well, then add egg. Cook mixture for about 4 minutes until ingredients stick together. Remove from heat and add cereal and nuts.

3Cool; shape in walnut size balls.

4Roll in coconut.

5These can be frozen.
