  • 1 12 cups chopped dates, to which 1 cup of boiling water has been poured over
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 13 cups flour
  • 34 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

    Preheat the oven to 350.

    Cream the sugar and oil.

    Add in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

    Add the dates with water, egg, and almond milk.
