- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. sliced dates
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cook milk and sugar over low heat.

2Stir until sugar is dissolved.

3Continue cooking until soft ball stage is reached. Add dates.

4Cook two or three minutes more.

5Remove from heat. Cool until lukewarm.

6Add nuts.

7Stir until real thick.

8Turn out on a piece of wet cloth and roll to form roll.

9Place in refrigerator.

10Slice to serve.
