- 1 pkg. pitted dates
- pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 1 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Stuff dates with pecans and place in a greased casserole. Beat together the eggs; add sugar, flour, salt, lemon extract and cream.

2Pour over dates and dot top with butter.

3Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
