  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. dates, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar and blend. Add milk, dates, nuts and flour with baking powder.

    Bake in a greased and floured 8-inch square dish at 325° for 45 minutes.
