Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 c. Pet milk (in dry form)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. fine soda cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. cut up nuts
  • 1/2 c. dates, cut

Directions

    With electric mixer, beat the egg whites, Pet milk and water in a large bowl until stiff.

    Beat in the sugar, a tablespoon at a time, to make a thick, glossy mixture.

    Fold in all at once the soda cracker crumbs, nuts and dates.
  4. 4
    Bake at 355° for 45 or 55 minutes.
