  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 1.5 t baking powder
  • .5 t soda
  • .25 t salt
  • 1/2 C oats
  • stir and cut in 3 T butter
  • mix together
  • 1/2 C buttermilk
  • 3 T molasses
  • 1/2 C fat free plain yogurt
  • mix together
  • add dates (a bit more than 1/2 C), cut up with kitchen shears
  • pat into disc, cut into 12 wedges
  • bake at 400 for 15 mintues
  • about 170 cals each
