  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. chopped dates
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Combine sour cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

    Add dates and pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in preheated 375° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set and golden.
