  • 8 oz. dates, chopped
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • whipped cream

    Crush cookies and press into well-buttered pie plate.

    Boil dates in 3/4 cup water with salt added.

    Boil 3 minutes.

    Add nuts.

    Stir in marshmallows.

    Pour into crust and place in refrigerator overnight.

    Cover with whipped cream and 1/4 cup reserved cookie crumbs.
