  • 1 12 lbs thinly sliced beef
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon msg
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
  • 6 slices ginger, about 1-inch x 1 1/2-inch, peeled
  • 12 cup water

Directions

    Marinate meat in cornstarch, sherry, egg white, sesame oil, msg, soy sauce and sugar for 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in frying pan until hot.

    Stir-fry green onions and ginger for 1 minute.

    Add meat mixture and stir-fry for 5 more minutes.

    Add water and cook for 1 more minute.
