- 1 12 lbs thinly sliced beef
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon msg
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
- 6 slices ginger, about 1-inch x 1 1/2-inch, peeled
- 12 cup water
Directions

1Marinate meat in cornstarch, sherry, egg white, sesame oil, msg, soy sauce and sugar for 30 minutes.

2Heat oil in frying pan until hot.

3Stir-fry green onions and ginger for 1 minute.

4Add meat mixture and stir-fry for 5 more minutes.

5Add water and cook for 1 more minute.

6Serve hot.
