- 1 lb. nuts
- 5 egg whites
- speck of salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat the egg whites until they are stiff.

2Mix the sugar, baking powder and salt together.

3Fold into the egg whites this mixture.

4Stone and chop nuts.

5Fold into the sugar and egg mixture.

6Bake in oiled tin for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

7This pudding is best served about 3 days after it is made.
