- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 qt. half and half
- 5 eggs, separated
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 qt. milk
Directions

1Heat egg yolks, half and half, Knox gelatine and salt (not to boil).

2Cool this overnight; add fruit when cool.

3Whip egg whites and cream until stiff.

4Add to the cooled mixture after adding fruit or vanilla.

5Put in freezer.

6Can add milk to top of ring. Follow ice cream freezer directions.

7Always add fruit after mixture is cooled.
