   Combine flour, pecans and margarine.

   Press into sheet cake pan with fingers.

   Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.

   Cool.

   Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 container Cool Whip and vanilla.

   Beat well.

   Spread over cooled crust.

   Prepare pudding mix with milk.

   Spread over cheese layer.

    Top with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle with chopped pecans.
