Ingredients
- 8 slices bread
- butter
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 8 eggs
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. milk
- 3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper
- what you like (chopped green onions, fresh mushrooms, sausage, chopped ham, chopped turkey, etc.)
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch deep pan with Pam.

2Butter bread and place in bottom of pan.

3I melt the butter and put it on the bread.

4Beat eggs well (I use mixer).

5Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour over bread.

6Let this set overnight in the refrigerator.

7It takes at least 8 hours to make it taste good. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered.

8Uncover and bake 5 additional minutes.

9You can also sprinkle cornflakes on top the last 5 minutes.

10Use your imagination.
