Debra's Creamed Spinach

   Cook spinach, drain well.

   Dice onion and saue in 1T.

   Olive Oil.

   Mix in the onion, creamed cheese and sour cream.

   Stir in the spinach.

   Pour into a sprayed casserole.

   Top with the almonds.

   Bake a 350F for 25min.
