- 10 c. popped corn (3 bags microwave)
- 2 c. pecan halves
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place pecans and popped corn in large shallow pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

2Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan over low heat; stir in brown sugar and honey.

3Increase heat to medium and bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Boil mixture gently for 5 minutes without stirring.

5Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

6Pour mixture over nuts/popcorn; stir until coated.

7Bake in 250° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

8Cool completely.

9Store in airtight container.
