  • 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drain and rinse
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 12 cup applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 14 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

    Combine everything besides chocolate chips Ina large food processor until smooth, scape sides as needed.

    Stir in chocolate chips and bake in a greased 10 inch springform pan at 350 for 35-40 mixtures.

    Cool 15 minutes at least before serving.

    Mini chips work, can sub white beans for garbanzos.

    I use coconut sugar with good results.

    Can make sugar free with using 2 cups of soft, pitted dates.
