  • 1 qt. (4 c.) diced peaches
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Place peaches in unbaked pie shell. Mix in separate bowl the sugar, salt, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. When thoroughly mixed, add evaporated milk and mix. Pour mixture over peaches. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
