- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups pecan pieces or halves
