Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sharp shredded cheese
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 3 to 4 tomatoes
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Cook and stir beef until brown; drain.

    Put in taco seasoning.

    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and onion and put aside.

    Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms.

    Pat into greased pan; press to 1/2 inch on sides of pan.

    Layer beef, tomatoes and then green peppers in pan over dough.

    Spoon sour cream mixture over top.

    Bake until edges of dough are light brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
