  • 25 medium cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 10 small onions, sliced thin
  • 1 gal. water
  • 2 c. salt
  • 3 c. white vinegar
  • 6 c. sugar

Directions

    Soak cucumbers and onions for 24 hours in water and salt. Drain well

    and rinse.

    Drain well.

    Boil vinegar and sugar. Cool.

    Pour over cucumbers and onions.
  6. 6
    Package for freezer.
