- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 (8 ounce) can beer
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 -3 avocados, cut into 8-10 wedges each
- 4 tablespoons flour
- peanut oil (for frying)
Directions

1Combine all batter ingredients.

2Dust avocado wedges with flour.

3Put wedges into batter mixture until coated.

4Fry in deep fat fryer until lightly browned-about two minutes.
