- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 head cauliflower
Directions

1Combine egg, oil and milk.

2Add to flour gradually.

3Add salt. Beat with rotary beater until smooth.

4Divide cauliflower into flowerets.

5Cook in salted water until tender.

6Drain well.

7Dip flowerets in batter.

8Fry in 375° deep fat until lightly browned. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
