- 1 chicken frying, cut up
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash ground ginger
Directions

1Combine flour and cornstarch and mix well.

2Roll chicken in flour and cornstarch mixture.

3Shake off excess.

4Let stand 20 minutes.

5Deep fry until done and drain on rack.

6Keep warm.

7Combine sauce ingredients.

8Bring to a boil.

9Remove from heat immediately.

10While chicken is warm, dip in sauce.
