- 10 to 12 lb. turkey
- 1/2 box salt
- 2 oz. black pepper
- 2 oz. crushed red pepper
- 2 oz. garlic powder
- 2 oz. chili powder
- 2 oz. Accent
- Crisco oil
Directions

1Baste turkey inside and out with Crisco oil.

2Put pepper mixture on turkey inside and out.

3Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

4Cook 4 minutes per pound at approximately 300°.

5You will need approximately 3 gallons of Crisco oil.

6When turkey floats, do not cook turkey much longer.
