- 5-6 pound fresh picnic or possibly pork roast
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4-5 whole cloves
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Place 1/2 sliced onion in bottom of crock pot.

2Add in pork, other 1/2 sliced onion on top of pork, cloves and water.

3Cook on low 8 to 12 hrs.

4Remove pork from pot and remove bones and fat.

5Also throw away any remaining juice in pot.

6Chop meat and place back in crock pot.

7Add in 1 diced onion (optional) and BBQ sauce (approximately a 16 oz bottle) or possibly your own sauce.

8Cook on low for 2 to 3 hrs.
