Ingredients

  • 5-6 pound fresh picnic or possibly pork roast
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4-5 whole cloves
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Place 1/2 sliced onion in bottom of crock pot.

    Add in pork, other 1/2 sliced onion on top of pork, cloves and water.

    Cook on low 8 to 12 hrs.

    Remove pork from pot and remove bones and fat.
  5. 5
    Also throw away any remaining juice in pot.

    Chop meat and place back in crock pot.
  7. 7
    Add in 1 diced onion (optional) and BBQ sauce (approximately a 16 oz bottle) or possibly your own sauce.

    Cook on low for 2 to 3 hrs.
