- 1 (125 g) package camembert cheese
- breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

1Make sure the cheese is really cold by placing in the freezer for a couple of minutes.

2Beat the egg with a fork in a small bowl.

3Cut the cheese into wedges (8 per 125g round).

4Dip in the beaten egg.

5Roll the dipped wedges in the breadcrumbs.

6Deep fry at 400F until crumbs brown and wedges start to puff up slightly.

7This should only take less than a minute.
