  • 1 lb. red salmon, drained, picked and flaked
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish (white)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • crushed walnuts
  • snipped parsley

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except walnuts and parsley.

    Refrigerate several hours.

    Roll in ball and roll in walnuts and parsley. Serve with Wheat Thins.
