- 1/4 c. Tender Quick
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 3/4 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Combine first 2 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

2Next day, add remaining ingredients.

3Mix well and mold into logs or sticks.

4Place on cookie sheets or cake pans.

5Cook 4 hours at 225°.

6Cool completely before slicing or wrapping for freezer.
