- 1 pkg. (12-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Warm tortillas until pliable.

3Place 1/4 cup of each ingredient in tortilla and roll.

4Place in pan; pour sauce over tortillas.

5Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
