  • 1 1/2 lb. steak (1/2-inch thick)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • small amount buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1 c. Crisco oil

Directions

    Pound steak to 1/4-inch thick.

    Season with 1/2 of salt and pepper. Beat eggs.

    Add buttermilk to eggs. Put steak in dish. Pour egg mixture over steak. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
