  • 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Soak strips of deer meat 2 hours.

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Turn oven to warm and put strips of meat on cheesecloth in oven for 6 hours or longer.
