  • 6 Tangerine skins, no white
  • 1 1/2 cup Vodka
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup water

Directions

    Using a large mouth bottle, or mason jar, place the tangerine skins and add the vodka.

    Close and let it infuse for 8 days, shaking it every day.

    Remove the skins from the vodka.

    Boil the water and sugar for 5 to 6 minutes.

    Remove from the heat and let it cool.

    Filter the vodka, using a coffee filter or fine cloth, add the sugar syrup, mixing well.

    Transfer to a bottle and let it sit for 3 to 4 weeks.

    The longer it sits the better it gets.
