- 6 Tangerine skins, no white
- 1 1/2 cup Vodka
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cup water
Directions

1Using a large mouth bottle, or mason jar, place the tangerine skins and add the vodka.

2Close and let it infuse for 8 days, shaking it every day.

3Remove the skins from the vodka.

4Boil the water and sugar for 5 to 6 minutes.

5Remove from the heat and let it cool.

6Filter the vodka, using a coffee filter or fine cloth, add the sugar syrup, mixing well.

7Transfer to a bottle and let it sit for 3 to 4 weeks.

8The longer it sits the better it gets.
