- 3 lb. deer meat, cut into 3/8-inch strips
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2/3 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Combine ingredients for marinating deer.

2Stir well to dissolve.

3Marinate deer overnight.

4Lay meat on oven rack; be sure to put aluminum foil down to catch drippings.

5Cook 6 to 8 hours at 150° (the longer it bakes the crispier it is).
