  • 3 lb. deer meat, cut into 3/8-inch strips
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2/3 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Accent
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Combine ingredients for marinating deer.

    Stir well to dissolve.

    Marinate deer overnight.

    Lay meat on oven rack; be sure to put aluminum foil down to catch drippings.

    Cook 6 to 8 hours at 150° (the longer it bakes the crispier it is).
