Ingredients
- 3 lb. deer meat (may substitute beef), sliced in 1/8 or less strips
- 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. Kraft hickory smoke barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. A.1. sauce
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper
Directions

1Place the deer meat in a large container.

2Mix all ingredients well, except deer meat.

3Pour over meat; mix well.

4Marinate overnight; stir once or twice.

5Place meat on toothpicks.

6Hang on racks in oven.

7Put foil on bottom rack and bend up in back.

8Bake at 200° for 5 hours.
