Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 boiled chicken, boned and cut up
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 stick oleo
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 12 tortillas
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onions and boned chicken in oleo.

    Mix into this the soup.

    Heat until bubbling.

    Layer broken tortillas, soup and chicken mixture and cheese alternately into baking dish (glass is best).

    Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
