- 4 pkg. meat marinade mix
- 2/3 c. liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 7 1/2 oz. soy sauce
- 2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. pepper (ground peppercorns coarsely ground are best)

Directions

1Slice deer in thin strips and marinate 24 hours covered in refrigerator.

2Take out; pat dry with paper towels.

3Place on rack in dehydrator and dry until all the moisture is gone.
