Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 4 pkg. meat marinade mix
  • 2/3 c. liquid smoke
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 7 1/2 oz. soy sauce
  • 2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. pepper (ground peppercorns coarsely ground are best)
  • deer meat

Directions

    Slice deer in thin strips and marinate 24 hours covered in refrigerator.

    Take out; pat dry with paper towels.

    Place on rack in dehydrator and dry until all the moisture is gone.
