- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. hickory salt
- 2 lb. deer meat, cut in thin strips
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except for meat.

2Combine mixture and meat in a bowl.

3Cover and soak overnight.

4Run toothpicks through meat and hang on rack in oven.

5Bake at 150° for about 8 hours.
