  • milk (enough to cover meat)
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

    Fill large bowl with milk.

    Refrigerate up to 6 hours, flour and fry.
