  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 5 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. honey

    Brown meat and onion in heavy skillet; drain off all excess fat.
