- 1 lb. deer burger
- 1/2 c. Minute rice (raw)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix deer, rice, onion and seasonings.

2Form into small balls. Fry in hot oil (or bake in oven), turning frequently, until light brown, but not crusty on all sides.

3Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well.

4Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.

5Makes 4 servings.
