  • 4 to 6 lb. deer roast without bone
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. red cooking wine
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Use a small roaster with lid.

    Place all ingredients in roaster.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 4 hours.

    Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
