  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. deer steaks, browned on both sides (do not use flour)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 medium onions, cut up
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • scant 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cover steak with water and add remaining ingredients.

    Cook until meat is tender.

    More liquid can be added.

    Sometimes add 2 cans tomatoes for different flavor.
