  • 1 pkg. deer stew beef
  • 6 or 8 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 or 6 carrots, sliced
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 4 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 pkg. stew beef mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook stew beef until tender.

    Add potatoes, onions, tomatoes, carrots and celery.

    Cook until potatoes, carrots and celery are tender.

    Add salt, pepper, hot sauce and package of stew mix.

    Let simmer for 20 or 30 minutes, stirring while simmering.
