  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 slices uncooked bacon

Directions

    In a baking dish, mix the corn with the bread crumbs, milk, egg yolk, bell pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.

    Beat the egg white until it holds stiff peaks and fold it into the corn mixture.
