- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 lg. seedless hothouse cucumber, peeled
- 2 md. cucumbers, peeled
- 2 tsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. dill
Directions

1In a bowl, mash garlic in salt until garlic appears to dissolve.

2Blend in yogurt.

3Chop cucumber fine, drain well and mix into yogurt.

4Stir in vinegar and slowly add with as much of the oil as yogurt will absorb.

5Sprinkle with dill and chill before serving.
