Delicious Cake

Directions

   Select your favorite cake mix. Spray pan(s) with cooking spray.

   Prepare according to package directions with the following modifications.

   Add 1 tablespoon flour to the dry mix and blend well.

   Substitute an equal number of egg whites for whole eggs and substitute equal amount of applesauce for vegetable oil. Cool in pan. Remove when cool. Frost cake and garnish with fresh fruits.
