  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup potato, Diced
  • 1 cup carrot, Diced
  • 1 cup onion, Diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

    Fry bacon until Crisp.

    Saute onions in bacon grease.

    Add Potatoes, carrots and water.

    Bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are tender.

    Add Half & Half, corn and milk.

    Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Crumble bacon and add to above.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
