Delicious Cupcakes

Directions

   Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-assisted.

   Line 2 baking trays with 24 cupcake cases

   Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

   Add the eggs and mix

   Next sift the self-raising flour into the mixture.

   Add the vanilla extract

   Now that all the ingredients are combined, fill the cupcake cases

   Cook the cakes for 20 minutes.

   Take them out of the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes
