  • 165 grams Caster Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 300 grams Self-raising flour

    Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Next sift the self-raising flour into the mixture.

    Now that all the ingredients are combined, fill the cupcake cases

    Cook the cakes for 20 minutes.
